Mano Entonada is the name under which we gather our gifts to heal and offer them to the world, through wellness services and seminars.
Although “Mano Entonada Azul” (Ho Manik- Kin 187) is the birth seal according to the Mayan calendar for one of our members – letting Eugenia´s role flourish as a massage therapist, Reiki energy channeler and facial yoga teacher – we believe this symbol brings healing to the entire clan, our collective and the community we belong.
In the mission of KIN 187 we discover that the power is in our own hands. The hand symbolizes the opportunity of healing. The “overtoned” aspect of “Mano Entonada” refers to the good channeling of energy to materialize its purpose. In the “blue” characteristic in the Mayan calendar is for the Tribe 7 (seven), wich represents the transformer race.
In addition, Tone 5 (Overtone) proposes to improve one’s own potential. Through realization, concretion, we can reach our dreams even the deepest, and our own abundance. It encourages us to be who we are. It encourages us to be ourselves.
We connect with our intuition and we do; as also happens to us as artists and managers of our activities. A sleepy hand, it would plan without doing anything or be impatient and give in to anxiety.
As a Collective we exercise our patience.
Today, as MANIK postulates, we believe that dreams can come true.

FACE YOGA
Introductory class ~ by certified teacher in the SFY Method
NOTE from Eugenia to the FACEYOGUINIS that are just starting out:
After watching this video, we move on to a Q&A session,
and always, before a toning exercise routine, a good massage is done to feel our face.
But… I’ll tell you, first, a true story:
Sometimes my ego wouldn’t let me do my routine, I told myself: “ufff” am I going to do all that?”
Another day it said: “Mmmh, I’ll do it later, isn’t this very ridiculous?”
And another: “wow, is that of any use?”…
And more: “those “before and after” photos, if they are not retouched, are from someone’s bad day to a good day.”
Until I (or my higher self) said:
– “Yes, I decide my good days,
– And doing it makes me feel good,
– And those days I love myself, I take care of myself, I dedicate time to myself,
– And, also, my soul feels lighter.”
The ego didn’t like it at all, there it goes around, grumbling, because it has a very negative side and it loves drama…
However, there it goes… little by little, giving in – it will find other things to oppose.
But, know that we can always guide our ego from a higher, spiritual place.
At least, that’s how the philosophy of Yoga says 😉
At least, like this, one change per day was made by miself.
Sometimes a thought, sometimes spending a day in nature.
In my case, this was how it was incorporated this practice of face yoga into my daily life.
