The Casino is a dance genre originated in Cuba that, in its beginnings, was called this way because it emerged in a place called “Club Casino Deportivo” of that country and, over time became popular under the name of “cuban salsa” or “salsa cubana”.
The particularity of this technique is that it can be applied in pairs, and it also allows to dance in a group, making a circle (in spanish it is called as “rueda”= “wheel”) between two or more couples.
This way of positioning and moving among dance partners is guided by a person known as “el gallo” (the “rooster”) because he/she is who “sings” the instructions.
Our classes of Casino are focused on re-connecting with our body and discovering new possibilities of movement.
While we are having fun, we strengthen different habilities: focus, listening, memory and coordination.
We have group classes in a regular schedule and private sessions (in CDMX and Puerto Morelos, Q. Roo)
Posture, gestures and the face in general could be greatly improved with just three conscious practices: relaxation, re-education and toning. This practice is based on three yogic principles that are: awareness, acceptance and then transformation.
They will help you, not only to look and feel lighter, but also to become more aware of your internal dialogue, and the type of emotions that are consequences from your thoughts.
The method that is shared is the sharing of knowledge, experience and faith that this world will be filled with smiles and happy people who share the best of themselves on a daily basis. Facial Yoga is transforming lives, it continues to doing so every day and will definitely change more and more people, as it is shared around the world.

Improv is about the spontaneous creation of stories with the minimum of given elements, without having planned it beforehand and which in many cases is created all together with the public.
This is a very noble practice for the first approaches to theater, and if you already have theatrical foundations, it allows you to reinforce and stimulate skills that give other perspectives to stage work and that also impact our daily lives.
This technique allows us to develop and/or strengthen skills such as attention, listening, acceptance of proposals, creativity, body expression, mental ability, teamwork and acceptance of error to turn it into a possibility of creation.
Currently, we bring permanent improv sessions in Centro Cultural Comunitario El Telar, in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, México.

Every human being is theater, although not everyone does theater. The human being can be seen in the act of seeing, acting, feeling, thinking. You can feel yourself feeling, see yourself seeing and you can think yourself thinking. Being human is being theater! (Augusto Boal).
Forum theater is part of the tools that Boal – creator of this technique – proposes in the Theater of the Oppressed and whose purpose was to break down the barrier between actors and spectators, promoting the participation of these to directly influence the scene, thus becoming “spectactors“.
Forum theater is a way of making theater in which the resolution of conflicts – that are raised by those attending the workshops / spectacles – is sought, with the objective of replicate this way of solving problems in daily basis.
This tool is ideal for working with groups in schools or companies and of course with anyone interested in learning about this technique.
